Batting order puzzle extends to ODI side

Phil Hughes’ impressive century on One-Day International debut on Friday night, as well as the superb form of George Bailey and David Hussey, means the debates around the ideal batting order for the Test team now extend to the ODI team, too, with Michael Clarke and David Warner set to return this week after some gardening leave.

Likewise, the indifferent showing of Glenn Maxwell makes the batting puzzle clouded, just as what to do with the return of ‘keeper and sometime opener, Matthew Wade.
