Roar Live Radio: Nathan did his homework..

The final Tea break chat of the India-Australia series saw me discussing the highs and lows of the Australians this series for one last time.

With Ryan O’Connell missing on an overseas jaunt, Cam Rose filled in admirably again, and we wonder just how many lessons were actually learned during ‘Homeworkgate’, we bemoan the Australian top order footwork – again – and we speculate on just how many current tourists might miss the plane to England in June.

All in all, it’s been a whole lot of fun being part of the inaugural broadcasts of The Roar Live Radio, and I truly hope this is something we can all do more of. And hearing Glenn Mitchell back calling cricket has been a thrill on it’s own, never mind that I tenuously shared the airwaves with him. Most enjoyable on all fronts.

The Fourth and final India-Australia Test is under way at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in Delhi, and it’s a case of fourth verse, same as the first.

Stand-in Captain Shane Watson won the toss and batted, Australia did reasonably well in the first session, but as has become the Australian way on this tour, fell in a heap in the middle session.

In the Tea break, I spoke with the The Roar Live Radio guys at length about the dismissals, and the ongoing exclusion of Usman Khawaja.
